Felixstowe Ferry

Felixstowe Ferry is a fishing village northeast of Felixstowe at the mouth of the River Deben. There are shacks, houseboats and a boat yard as well as a pub, church sailing club and fresh fish for sale.
Bawdsey Manor can be seen across the river and a daily ferry service runs between Felixstowe Ferry and Bawdsey from May to September.
It is an ideal place for bird watching and there are many interesting walks along this stretch of coast.
